Lessons we can learn from women who orgasm each time they have sex

Your chances of climaxing each time you have sex can increase by:

  • Foreplay is KEY to ensuring that the body is relaxed, and that sufficient blood is flowing to the penis and the vagina. The more foreplay and teasing that is involved for your lady, the more aroused she becomes. The more aroused she becomes, the more blood flows to her labia, which begins to swell and open, making herself ready to receive a penis. If she is not sufficiently aroused, sex can be painful for her.

  • Position: Most women require arousal before an orgasm, even though the type of stimulation may differ from woman to woman. Some women reach orgasm from direct or indirect clitoral stimulation, vaginal stimulation or stimulation of internal areas surrounding the vagina. Other women experience orgasm solely from sexual intercourse, whereas other women require simultaneous stimulation of the external parts of the clitoris in order to reach orgasm during sexual intercourse. In more rare cases, some women never experience orgasm in intercourse under any conditions.

  • Emotional Connection. Women DO need to feel an emotional connection to their partners. However, an emotional connection is NOT vital in order to achieve an orgasm. Especially if she is intrinsically connected to own sexuality. By this I mean, she knows her own pleasure zones because she has explored them on her own and does not rely on her partner to achieve an orgasm. She is an active participant in her sexual pleasure.
